Two paths · One practice per market

Two ways I can help.
Start with the quick check.

Every engagement starts with the $97 quick check. After that, you choose: a one-time deep-dive you can hand to anyone, or weekly momentum with concrete updates every week.

Audit tiers · Cumulative by design

Each tier includes everything before it.

Practices we've reviewed consistently find patients they didn't know they were losing — to competitors who simply show up first. For most specialties, a single additional patient visit more than covers the cost of any tier here. Start where your gaps are most urgent.

Not sure where to start? The $97 quick check tells you which tier fits your practice.

After the quick check

Pick the path that fits. Or stay with just the audit.

No upsell pressure. Your findings are yours either way — three specific gaps written by me, not a sales pitch.

Path 01 One-time

The Deep Audit. Yours to keep.

After the $97 quick check confirms there's something worth fixing, this is the full picture. A written report you can hand to any agency, freelancer, or in-house person — what's broken, what to fix first, and what it'll likely cost.

  • Where you stand on Google, AI, and the map — today
  • Side-by-side comparison with 5 competitors in your market
  • A prioritized fix list, biggest impact first
  • A 60-minute call to walk you through it — included
  • Delivered in 2 weeks — typically sooner

Path 02 Weekly Momentum

Weekly momentum. Something moves every week.

Every week there is a concrete update — a listing corrected, an AI answer improved, a page sharpened. Your name stays on AI, your map listing stays sharp, and your phone keeps ringing. One practice per market — that's a rule, not a feature.

  • Everything from the audit, fixed for you
  • Weekly checks on Google Maps, directories, and AI mentions
  • Mistakes (wrong hours, services, credentials) corrected at source
  • Review responses written in your voice
  • One-page monthly report. Plain English. No spreadsheets.
  • 15-mile market exclusivity — I never work with your competitor

Honest advice

Which one fits you? Here's how I'd decide.

Pick the audit if…

  • You already have a marketing person or agency and want an outside opinion on what they should be doing differently.
  • You like understanding things yourself and want a plan you can implement at your own pace.
  • You want to know what's broken before committing to anything ongoing.

Pick weekly momentum if…

  • You don't have a marketing person and don't want to become one.
  • You've tried agencies and been disappointed. You want one person, on the work, every week.
  • You care that I'll never work with your competitor. Exclusivity comes with weekly momentum, not the audit.

Common questions

Before you decide.

Do I have to commit to weekly momentum to get the audit?

No. The $97 quick check is one-time, no commitment after. The deep audits ($497–$1,297) are also one-time. Weekly momentum is a separate decision you only make if it feels right.

What's the difference between the $97 quick check and the deep audits?

The $97 quick check gives you the 3 biggest issues I find — enough to know if there's something worth fixing. The deep audits ($497–$1,297) are the full picture: every channel checked, ranked against your competitors, with a written report and a call to walk through it.

Can I start with the audit and switch to weekly momentum later?

Yes — and most clients do. Your full audit spend is credited back when you start Weekly Momentum on a 6-month or longer engagement. If your market is still open, we pick up right where the audit left off.

What if my market isn't available?

You can still get the audit — it doesn't require exclusivity. For weekly momentum, if a competitor in your specialty is already on the roster within 15 miles of you, I'll tell you that on day one and put you on the notify list. How exclusivity works →

Is this worth the investment for a solo practice?

That depends on what being invisible is already costing you. A solo practice that gains one additional patient per month from improved visibility more than covers the cost of any audit tier here. The $97 quick check is specifically designed to answer this question — it tells you whether there are real gaps worth fixing before you commit to anything larger.

The practices we work with don't think of the audit as a marketing expense. They think of it as finding out how many patients were already searching for them and not finding them. Once you know that, the decision usually makes itself.
